Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@theanlora.com.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at service@theanlora.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.

Are your sofa covers machine washable?
Most of our sofa covers and home textiles are machine washable. Please refer to the care instructions on the product page before washing.
Do your sofa covers fit all sofas?
Our sofa covers are available in multiple sizes and are designed to fit a wide range of furniture.

Will the product colors match the photos?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions.
