At TheAnlora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include all original tags.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at service@theanlora.com. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless required by applicable law)
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product following our return process. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
